Choosing crematorium software commits your service for years. Here, plainly, is what we can tell you right now — and what we provide in writing for your file.
Who publishes Cremagest?
CREMAGEST SRL, a Belgian company based in Waterloo. The software has been in production since 2008 in Belgian and French crematoria; it is now in its fifth generation (V5) and more than 40 crematoria use it.
Can we talk to a customer?
Cremagest is in service in Béthune · Lille · Uccle · Evere · Cannes, among others. On request, we put you in touch with a reference customer, with their consent.
How is our data protected?
Sign-in goes through centralised authentication (SSO). Each user only accesses the records of their role and site, the data of each establishment and each partner is kept separate, and sensitive operations are recorded and time-stamped. For hosting, backups and encryption, we answer your file’s questions in writing.
Who owns our data?
You do. You remain the data controller under the GDPR; Cremagest processes your data on your behalf. How your data is returned at the end of the contract is agreed with you in the contract.
Do you respond to public tenders?
Yes. We respond to calls for tender from local authorities and public operators, and we provide the documents your specifications require.
What budget should we plan for?
Every proposal comes with a written quote, prepared after the demonstration according to your sites, your volumes and the modules you choose.
How does implementation work?
In four steps: analysis, configuration, training and go-live (see the details). Importing your history and training your teams are included, and we stay at your side for the first 30 days. Nothing to install: Cremagest is available online.
And day to day, who answers us?
A single point of contact supports you from the demonstration to go-live. After that, a local support line remains available to you.
