This notice explains how CREMAGEST SRL processes the personal data collected on cremagest.com. Data managed by our customers in the Cremagest software is governed by the contract and data processing agreement concluded with each of them.

Contact form
When you write to us, we receive your name, email address, country, message and, if you provide it, your phone number. We use this data only to answer your request (demonstration, quote, information) and to follow up on our exchanges. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to you.
We keep this data for no more than three years after our last exchange, unless a contract is in place. It is never sold or passed on.
Protection against automated submissions
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.), which checks that it is completed by a person. This service processes technical connection data (IP address, browser characteristics). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
Audience measurement and cookies
We use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) to understand how the site is used, only if you agree. Before you consent, no Google tag is loaded and no cookie is set. If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) kept for no more than 13 months. Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We use no advertising cookies.
Your choice is remembered in your browser for six months (local storage, no cookie). You can change it at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page.
Recipients
Your data is processed by the Cremagest team and by the technical providers the site needs to operate: the website host, Gandi (email), Brevo (email delivery), Cloudflare (form protection) and, with your consent, Google (audience measurement).
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing, request portability or withdraw your consent. Write to us at support@cremagest.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
