We use this data only to answer your request (demonstration, quote, information) and to follow up on our exchanges. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to you.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We keep this data for no more than three years after our last exchange, unless a contract is in place. It is never sold or passed on.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Protection against automated submissions<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.), which checks that it is completed by a person. This service processes technical connection data (IP address, browser characteristics). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Audience measurement and cookies<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) to understand how the site is used, <strong>only if you agree<\/strong>. Before you consent, no Google tag is loaded and no cookie is set. If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) kept for no more than 13 months. Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU\u2013US Data Privacy Framework. We use no advertising cookies.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your choice is remembered in your browser for six months (local storage, no cookie). You can change it at any time with the \u201cManage cookies\u201d link at the bottom of every page.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Recipients<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your data is processed by the Cremagest team and by the technical providers the site needs to operate: the website host, Gandi (email), Brevo (email delivery), Cloudflare (form protection) and, with your consent, Google (audience measurement).<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-large-font-size\">Your rights<\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing, request portability or withdraw your consent.
